Description of Work: MECT performed a tune-up on my PC and installed new anti-virus software. (Kaspersky)
Bought a new custom built PC from MECT.
Comments: Excellent service, with fair pricing. Honest, professional people. I have been going here for approx. 5 + years. I would not let anyone else touch my computer.
Just bought a new PC from them and I couldn't be happier with it.
Custom built by MECT. Whatever your computer needs, these guys can handle it.
Highly recommended.

Description of Work: I have used Mark's service continually since 2004. Most recently he did a quick cleanup to make sure my computer was running correctly.
Comments: Every time I have used him, he has done a terrific job. I have never had any complaints. Everyone there is very informed on new technology. His price point was excellent. It’s well worth the drive to Seminole because I know it's going to be done correctly. He was even able to work on my computer remotely so I didn't have to drive there.
They have also been very open with me when I call them with questions. They always help me navigate through my problems. Great service after the sale.

Description of Work: They performed a diagnostic test on my computer and determined it had a virus and other problems. They called me several times to keep me updated. They took only 1 day to repair my computer. I have never had such fast service with a computer company ever. I am so pleased. I will use them exclusively in the future.
Comments: From the very start they kept me updated with what they were doing and approximately how long it would take to repair the problems.
The price was more than fair; I was totally satisfied with everything about this company.

Description of Work: I had two or three quick power outages, and my computer would come on but my screen would not light up. They were able to figure out I needed a new power cord.
Comments: They are great! I have used them a number of times. I have probably used them for 7 or 8 years. Their customer service is excellent and they are very knowledgeable about computers and I have been very happy with them. They have always solved all my problems! They are also very friendly people, too!

Comments: It’s a great company, no complaints, fantastic service and they are always great to work with! The owner is very professional and very caring towards his clients. It’s one of the few companies I prefer to work with. Mark really runs a good business!

Description of Work: I had an issue with my computer and Cory came and worked on it for 2.5 hours. He then took it into the shop and was able to diagnose the issue, and had it fixed by the next day!
Comments: It went very well! I cannot take my computer in any place and it is very convenient for them to run up here and do a house call for me. They do a very nice job and their lead tech Mike and other tech Cory are nice, explain things and are overall polite. They are very nice, tidy, and really take care of your things. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I would highly recommend them! They truly make sure that everything is perfect, work diligently and they are great people!
